Description

In svn V1.7 the svn metadata has been relocated to a single .svn folder in the root of the check out tree. Hence it can no longer be assumed that the existence of an .svn directory is sufficient to determine whether a folder is a working svn folder. This causes problems with misleading warning messages in the log and potentially using the incorrect svn command line options for updates.
